Interesting, that in a country with a *known* mental health crisis, much is made of these people being "able-bodied" but there is no mention of "mentally capable." Some folks are mentally ill enough to not be able to adhere to a schedule, utilize public transportation, plan meals away from home, follow directions, communicate with other humans, but not able to meet the strict interpretation of "mentally disabled." These are the folks who will lose their benefits.
